Store Policy
Black & Tan Hall is using Printify, a shipping and printing service for our online store. The merchandise is produced, manufactured, and fulfilled by Printify partners. Almost all orders are produced and shipped within 2- 7 days. Shipping time will vary based on Printify partners.
The average production time is not guaranteed. On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform Printify).

The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high quality standard.

The order contains 12 or more items.
Refund Policy
Products that have arrived undamaged are nonrefundable, cannot be exchanged, and shipping addresses cannot be changed before fulfillment. However, if a product has arrived damaged or has a malfunction error, please contact info@blackandtanhall.com within 10 days of product delivery and we will work with you to get a refund or replacement.
